This is not normal. Thank you very much. weapons more damageful, green armbands more faster than 95%< purple items (expect Tracker and Conqueror's armband), in green and yellow items you can find good 1 resistance(like Poison) especially for bosses like Cerberus or Dragonlich etc.

It took me about five minutes to collect the six Titan Artifacts. A lot of epic and legendary items would simply be too overpowered. This looks amazing.
